*Free consultations are limited to one per customer per year. Prior notice of 24 hours for late or missed appointments is appreciated. Customers who miss a scheduled consultation, or are late by more than 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, may reschedule at no additional charge one time. After two missed or late consultations, customers may no longer be eligible to receive one free consultation for a year. Further rescheduling at no additional cost is up to the discretion of the trainer.
