At Flight Elite Athlete Training, we specialize in providing superior personal training and coaching for athletes looking to reach their full potential. We believe everyone has the potential to become the next superstar athlete, so we made it our mission to make high performance athletic training more accessible than ever.

 

We do this by providing all our services virtually, so you can reach us no matter where you are. Our certified trainers have personal experience competing as elite athletes at some of the highest levels in their respective sports. Combining what they learned as athletes with their experience as personal trainers and coaches, our team develops custom training programs for athletes of all ages, genders, abilities, and skill-levels while breaking down the common barriers blocking athletes from taking the next step to reaching their full potential.

Athletes who train with Flight advance at a rapid pace compared to their rivals. We train ALL athletes, regardless of age, gender, abilities, or skill-level. Whether you’re an international champion or you’re just starting out, Flight will teach you how to optimize your training and recovery so you can reach your full potential.

Programs designed by our trainers are built around you and your goals. We believe in making training accessible, so we will work with whatever equipment and resources you already have available. We won’t require you to join a gym or buy expensive equipment, all we ask is that you have proper attire and footwear for your own safety.

TRAINING

Designed specifically for you

As a new Flight athlete, you will start out with a free consultation with a trainer, matched with you based on your sport(s) and goals. This is a time where your trainer will ask you questions to learn about your current training, goals, and what you’re aiming to achieve. You’ll discuss aspects of your lifestyle that can impact your performance like sleep and nutrition, as well as daily activities that affect your energy and mindset. All of this will assist your trainer in creating a custom workouts and a personalized training program that meets your needs and puts you on a fast track to reach your goals.

You and your trainer will work together to determine if virtual coaching, personal training, or a combination of both will best fit your needs. Your training programs and workouts will be available in our app and include everything you need to follow along, view video examples, report results, and track your progress over time. Live virtual training sessions are available to ensure you get the most out of each workout. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise, providing instruction, examples, corrections, and encouragement as you work towards your goals.

PROGRESS

Ascend to higher altitudes

To make sure you’re on track to reach your goals, your trainer will require regular progress updates. All Flight coaching and personal training athletes receive free progress check-ins each month, which are video meetings where athletes meet with their trainer to report and evaluate progress and goals, as well as discuss challenges and determine if changes need to be made to the program.

Training with Flight means there are no limits on how high you can fly. We’ll make sure you are constantly ascending to new heights, never stuck at a cruising altitude, and never in a descent.
